“What are the 2018 festival dates?”
This year’s festival is August 9th-12th.
“What are the hours of festival?”
The opening parade is Thursday morning, meeting in Washburne Park at 9:30am. Join us!
From there, the schedule is:
- Thursday through Saturday, from 10am to 10pm
- Sunday from 10am to 8pm
“What are the different days of festival for 2018?”
Thursday is Norwegian Day, Friday is Swedish Day, Saturday is Danish Day, and Sunday is Finnish Day.
“What are the dates of next year’s festival?”
In 2019, the Scandinavian Festival will be held August 8th-11th.
“Does it cost money to get into the scandinavian festival?”
We do not charge an entrance fee.
“Are dogs allowed at festival?”
Only service dogs are allowed at festival.
“Is smoking allowed at festival?”
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas.
“Where is there available parking?”
There is street parking all around festival and multiple paid parking lots.
“Where is the festival located?”
Our location is 6th and Greenwood, Downtown Junction City.
“Where can I stay at near the Festival?”

“Are credit cards excepted?”
Most vendors only accept cash; there are some that will accept credit cards. For your convenience, there are several ATMs located within the festival grounds, as well as several local banks within walking distance of the festival.
